Charged on credit card for items not received

I put an order on ll/10/o8 and instantly terminated the purchase. The purchase was delivered anyway. I delivered the purchase and requested that my charge card be acknowledged. After numerous emails and phone calls they email the cost could be attributed back again to my charge card.By 11/22/08 it's not and today my emails are now being delivered. Have I been cheated of course if therefore will there be any strategy I will get
