On November 13th at aprox 430 the entire town of Des Moines Iowa was without cable television and sometimes even web and telephone support from Mediacom, there excue that it required 6 hours to repair was a damaged wire, this interruption extended completely down to mo. Today does it surely consider 6 hours to repair a wire? Seriously offer me a rest!!!
