Horrible service

We dropped our service-about fourteen days before. It got a complete week or even more to get a support technology in the future see us. Once they did, we were completely supporting, and really improved and anything. We transformed our regional stations to Direct TV and required the Dvr, etc. The man was within the day, by evening we'd no tv whatsoever. We contact; they reveal they cannot arrive here again for over five times! Therefore, this "great" organization comes around, makes things worse than these were before (since we now have no nearby stations) plus they say sorry, there is nothing we are able to do: first-come, first-serve. I am talking about, envision every other organization stating that: "oops, sorry we did not repair your vehicle, as well as in reality managed to get worse, but there is nothing we are able to do; you will have to visit the finish of the point and delay, again." How can they remain in company? Are not they wise (or treatment) enough to possess anything put up just in case THEY make errors? Therefore, my spouse and that I have been in contract: we are eliminating their support totally and choosing wire. I can not stay whenever a business requires your company without any consideration. Cox cable might have had a technology person out today to repair the issue.
