HD Receiver ownership Dispute

Visited Bestbuy, purchased a HD-DVR, paid $400, did not signal anything-but the bill, and went out. Triggered the recipient however chose to return recipient since it did not have our local stations. After I named to deactivate the recipient, directV mentioned that I'd to come back the receiver for them normally they'd cost $500

I Have named often regarding this problem plus they are determined that there surely is some marvelous contract that everybody must simply understand when coping with these criminals. Therefore today easily do not let them have back the recipient that I settled a little bundle for, I Will have selections individuals after me. They'dnot actually I'd like to return the unit towards the shop and clearly wont provide me credit for that device.
