I've had DTV since 1999 and not had a problem so far. I shifted to S.C.in September but held my DTV connected in Jersey since I was still returning and forth and just because a woman who lives around was still within the Jersey house till we're able to purchase a home out within S.C., I'd stored a stability about the DTV simply because I was in understand rush to pay for it down since I have realized I had beennot shifting the support immediately.in December we discovered a home in S.C. That triggered us to possess to place all our expenses on-hold to get a month so we're able to develop the final charges about the home and that I advised the DTV folks of this and got an expansion, Sadly, the home dropped through and we settled all our expenses a week following the home dropped through we were spoken back to the offer for that home as well as in the center of Jan ultimately shut about the foolish point. I really donot believe so... I changed to HD in April and had my Step Daughters sweetheart catch me-up because he was employed by them at that time. I simply had him verify i never closed a contract and wasn't in another 2-year something since i purchased the receiver by myself at bestbuy, all he did was contact and also have me connected to hd. I dropped through the breaks about the offer. If anybody has purchased the recipient make certain THEY DON'T place you on the 2-year contract that you don't possess the reciever since you are "hiring" it from their store however, you don't have to join the two year contract because you purchased yourself and never through the organization. We're battling this obviously, we've been through our lender who'll return our $ 581 then pursue DTV due to their cash. Once they attempt to pull-up the two year contract they'll ultimately have it through there heavy skulls that I DO NOT HAVE ONE, I NEVER CLOSED SOMETHING. We're also considering getting a Attorney for Legal costs and Illegal Distributions. Obviously, we shall NEVER use these A*holes again!
