Horrible customer service!

I've been a Meal Network client since but this really is about the brink of transforming. Meal billed me $179 to get a support and item (the HD-DVR), which it declined to supply.

I put up the installation visit for Sunday, August 12 between your hours of 8am and 12 pm. The specialist came around 12:20 pm and declined to set up the HD radio since my HDTV was not in position. I told him that I simply needed the HD support put up and my HDTV could be arriving later that week.
