Just installed the "free" digital adapter for my cable subscription. What a crock.
-Presto: no interactive cable Guide. How do you schedule anything without a Guide? The nice Tech Support fellow I spoke to said basically too bad, Brighthouse has dropped the ball on this;
-the DA will not accept more than 3 digits. If you're trying to plug in a HD channel manually, forget it, you have to laboriously scroll through every channel to get to where you want to go;
-Some channels I paid for seem to be missing... (sports channels). This is theft.
MAD AS HELL! Stupid, stupid, and shortsighted. If they switch over in January without fixing this, I will be switching provider. For now, I'm plugging my cable box back in.
