Your rude employee who was working at 8301 Belclaire Lane, Austin TX. 78748. I live at 509 Mairo Street 78748, where TWC has a main connection box in my backyard and know how TWC has the right to enter my backyard any time needed. But today your employee Ms. Avry Hill from the Stassney and South 1st Street office, was a bit rude about even being in my backyard. I opened my back door to go and water my plants and my dogs immediately went toward her direction and barked like crazy. Had I not heard her yell at my dogs to back off and me ask what she was doing, I'd of never known someone was back there. She then let me know rudely that TWC has the right to get to that box for any work that they are doing in neighboring homes. I already know this and have dealt with many other tech's who have some to my front door to let me know they need to get to my back yard to do some work. I have "Beware of Dog" and "No Trespassing" signs on my gates for a reason. The reason being for everyone protection as well as the protection of my dog's. My dog's exit my home through their doggy door at any given time for a reason, their backyard. I do not appreciate your rude employee's not notifying me of needing into the backyard. I have worked for the state's prison system for over 29 years and take my job serious. I've worked around many many known gang members such as the Mexican Mafia, the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas and the Texas Syndicate and I do not trust anyone anywhere. I never know when someone ever has it in for me personally or just doesn't like me. I've always treated people like people that I've been around who have done prison time and don't anticipate trouble, but again I never know or trust anyone. I take my job serious and just am not comfortable finding strangers in my backyard. I hope that your company takes me serious because this just is not right of anyone to be jumping over the high fence and trampling over the rose bushes or stomping my Mexican Heather plants to death. I didn't appreciate this girls rudeness at all. I am always willing to let anyone enter my backyard whenever needed. I'd appreciate common courtesy be given to me in return.
