Several times at Bill time the automated system will not accept my card. However once I stay on hold for half an hr. I give them the same card verbally they accept it then try to charge me an additional $5.00 for talking to a CSR. I have complained about this 4 months in a row. Three months ago I ordered a fight I never got it, They billed me anyway, when I complained they credited my account. Promised a service rep to come to fix problem, he never called or showed up. So as soon as another service is available I will be switching even if it cost more.
