Glad I didn't read all these comments before signing up... Hubby wasn't thrilled with installation, but that is my fault as I didn't want the dishes placed on our roof, but service so far (1.5 months) is great. Yes, we could use more bandwidth, but we're learning to conserve (which isn't a bad thing). We've not had satellite or cable in the past 20 years and live in a rural area where our options are very limited. We're in the midst of the rainy/stormy season and our outages so far have been few. Had a couple minor issues with internet, but so far the folks we've spoken with at Dish have been polite, courteous, and have resolved any issues promptly. Would prefer not being locked in for two years, but honestly, so far I cannot complain.
