I lost my job in October. My next bill was due, but only 76.00 was due. When I paid that bill, Comcast billed me for the full three months I was behind in December for $413.00. I tried to call and set up a payment arrangement, but was told that they have to call you instead. Then, I got a bill in the mail today and thought I could set up a payment arrangement now that I am working again, but they couldn't. Why doesn't the company have anything put in place when people lose their jobs. Even though I have a job now, I can't afford $413. I'm just getting back on my feet.
