I recently traveled to New York City for family get together and was delayed because of the storm Sandy. My return flight to Toronto, Canada was cancelled several times and time I was notified not just by West Jet but also by One Travel each time. I arrived back in Canada safely when the NYC airport was once again operating and I was very impressed with the way One Travel followed up to make sure I had a good travel experience in spite of the storm.
