Francine Bauer of American Travel and Management woes you with give aways. She personally offers a guarantee stating if unhappy for any reason she will personally refund your money. I have tried their travel program and have applied for a refund. I personally sent the refund request addressed to Francine via certified mail, but I found out she never read it. Her associate Kevin Raines read it. It was not addressed to him and I believe there is a federal law regarding reading other peoples mail especially if certified. He replied to my request stating that I did not follow the program when I did.
On several occaions I called the reservation line only to recieve lost requests and very unhelpful and unfriendly sales reps. I have documented my entire dealing with these folks. Between August and September of I personally left 4 messages on Francine's cell phone, but have yet to recieve a call back from her.
I have tried to get names of other folks in the company, but no one seems to know of anyone higher than Francine or Kevin. I am very surprised as Kevin's title is Manager and Francine's is VP of Member Services. There has to be a President or CEO somewhere.
I am very disappointed as all I want is my refund. I trusted them to be honest, but obviously they are not an honest company and I warn the buyer to beware. I have not received my money back and I am interested in hearing from anyone who would like to sue this company to get our refunds and put them out of business.
