I was employed at Best Value Inn as a Housekeeper. I was 5 min. Late. He fired me. I asked when can I get my termation check? He said you are not! I was shocked I have never been refused pay. He never gave me a reson why. I also you to know he never gave W-2 form or any employment rules on attendance of the company. I do have a form he signed saying I was employed their it was for the welfare Department. I feel this was wrong. Please Help.
