Failed to provide security of facility, decpetive in refunding money and not using ethical business practices

On May 12, my husband and I checked into Mile High Hotel, we paid
$71.00 cash and were unpacking into our room, the occupants next doors were saying racist and threatening jokes.

Within 30 of being in the room we left this establishment. We immediately contacted the manager named Crystal @928-445-2050 whom did not answer for two hours, we told her of the threats and she failed to provide security not only on her property but upon the complaint.

She asked we go back which we refused to do dues to lack of security and unsafe environment, we requested she mail a refund, she claims to of mailed the refund, failing to use professional business practices and send a business check in which all business should have, money order or certified envelope.

We never recieved the money back, we woudl like consuemrs to be aware fo the lack of security, lack of professionalism and poor business practices. We would never recommend anybody stay at this unmonitored, poorly managed facility.
