Coral resorts has promise my family the world! We were Promised to be able to use this beautiful resort for 9000 points and could get a reservation at our "home" resort anytime. We were sold 28,338 points and they told us that would break down to 3 wks a yr and we would get a extra wk "developer week" for just out maintance fee! We finally get our number after 72 day waiting and it is now the beginning of August and I try to book a long wkend and it's like 90000 points! Wtf!!! We were totally lied to!
We were called a day after buying this timeshare stating we won a free wk in a drawing they entered us in and our sales rep... Scott Wilkins we never recieved it. And might I add it was in the 5 day grace period we could cancell in!!! How convienent! He also promised my 6 yr old daughter a monopoly game he would mail her and we have not received it either! When we tried to contact him his voicemail has been full for 3 months! This place is a Hugh rip Off and something needs to be done about it!!!
