I would like to warn others about coral Sand Resorts in Hilton Head SC. I purchased a time share through Coral Resorts back in May. Now in July i received a maintenace fee bill for $997.55, which is triple the amount told to me by the sales presentation. Durning the sales presentation, said he can offer me a great deal today if i under my anytime plan over to a timeshare plan. He will use the money i paid on the anytime plan for the down on an $6000.00 timeshare unit and i just own the difference. He also stated if i sell our developers week each year, this money would paid the maintenance fee and we could make a little profit. I ask him how much is the maintenance fee and reply around $395.00 per year.
I just paid off the remaining balance and now i have a bill due by August 20. I feel like a Sucker because I just didn't think a company would use people like this. I have family members who have time shares and have had absolutely no problems. I finded out the hard way that Coral Resorts should not be trusted. I'm looking for help with this. Thank you
