Need of interpersonal skills at the front desk

The Macedonia bapt chapel had 6 (six) areas in the ramada resort situated at 6902 27th saint in east moline illinois on september 9-13th 2012. All (6) areas had form and bad ventilation in each space. The AC went in one single space no heated water with no garbage get. The small at the front end table lynzie was rude ridiculous! Whenever faced she mentioned that she was calling law enforcement! Since in most her decades operating there she's never had an issue with any visitor. (dark visitor) i subsequently express please contact them, thats once the house-keeper found the leading table and requested her to visit the rear …… We never got an answer in the administration regarding our distress which this resort wasn't at-all cozy whatsoever. The only real cause we remained is basically because john deere had all of the resorts arranged that week.
