Taxback.com is a rip off never use this company... I applied for my tax in march and its taken them 5 months to process NOT wot it says on there website... When i finally got my estimation $1300 was missing so i rang them up and asked them where has the money gone...$300 was taken off for the tax.com fees and over $1000 was taken off because of the australian goverment... THEY DID NOT QUOTE THIS ON THERE WEBSITE...!!! But the funny thing is my brother and sister who also went with me who worked the same places as me. And the only money that has been taken off $100 and they are recieving nearly $900 more than me... Strange that wen we worked at the same places for the same time. Asked to speak with the manager but they always say the same thing that... You were an australian resident and have to pay that by law... So why havent my family payed that...
I am getting ripped off and dont know what to do... This is not fair as i worked so hard for this
