On April 18th I spoke with representative both by email and phone and confirmed a arte of $95 for a one way travel from airport to home. I was told to make a deposit of $40, in which I did. A confirmation email followed on 4/19 stating that it was confirmed for the same rate and noting the deposit paid. On 4/24 I received an email stating the rate had changed and now was $120. When I called the representative, he became belligerent stating I lost my money and stated if I wanted a picked up that I had to have $160 at the airport. He refused to let me speak to a manager and he refused to provide that. When I inquired to the location of the dispatch office he also refused. I stated that I was calling the police and he hung up on me and never answered any calls there afte
