West Cliff Inn, Bournemouth will hold your card details and process payments not authorised by you. They did this to me in November. Do not give them your card details. They have no customers service, no professionalism and absolutely no ethics. Do not deal with the reception manager (Ella) under any circumstances - she is a liar and a cheat.
