A couple of days after returning from the a vacation in Fort Myers, FL, I observed a $250.00 cost on my bill in the Days Inn that people kept at. I observed this due to the facility charge. Nevertheless, the resort didn't contact me at-all to inform me of the cost, they simply went, client-be-damned design.
After I called to ask, I had been educated the cost have been positioned like a smoking charge in a low-smoking area. The breach have been "confirmed" with a house-keeping worker operating there for five decades that the man had left the area having a lit cigaret. I discussed this accusation was totally fake, because there have been two women within the room, no body joined or (clearly) left, definitely not a man, and we'd DEFINITELY NOT reviewed within the room. Both of our events repeated our individual stances about the problem, till I had been ultimately informed that there's "truly nothing I will do about this". Gee, thanks.
