Ripoff, dishonest marketing, promised a sale, no feedback, property never sold

Assured that the property would sale within six months to a year, because the property was in a high demand area. Spoke to Jason one month after paying for the service and at that time had two offers but did not forward the offers to me. Assured me that he would forward all offers to me thereafter. Call a month later and Jason would not return my call.
