This was my report: I noticed this charge on my credit card every month for an unknown amount of time, I subscribe to things online and buy alot online so it wasn't surprising to me until I noticed it every stinking month, $7 on the 7th, like clockwork.
I wasn't subscribed to anything so the red flag went up. This site usacomplaints.com.Com was the ONLY site I could find when i entered the name wli reservationrewards into google! I NEVER NEVER travel, there would be absolutely NO reason for me to subscribe to this! I work every day of the year, for the last 2 1/2 years, delivering newspapers, so a 'reservation' site would be pointless and useless to me, not to mention, I never been to a site for that!
I called the '888' number given for this site, select #1 for SALES, of course they'll answer those! Tell them you are mad as (*&^ and you demand your money back! I did and got my money back and found out that it was started by buying an item from arcamax.com! They claimed that by my buying an item from that site that I agreed to JOIN reservation rewards! Anyway, thats how I got the charge and I got it back. Use the words, "better business bureau' alot, seems to get their attention.
