I purchased a 7 day vacation package in march to stay at the kingstonian hotel & resort after i saw the advertisement on tv. I received a package containing a welcome letter that was not dated, a thank you letter that was not dated, coupon books, and brochures with information about the hotel.
After i received the package i called to make sure it was valid because there was no date on the letter. I was told it was valid and i had 3 years to use it.in may i called several times to make my reservations. I was told the company is out of business. I called all the numbers on the letters and on the brochure for more information. The numebers printed on the letters turned out to be residential phone numbers of people living in the kissemmee area.
Printed on the brochure is "7 nignts 8 days, 3year split, 4 persons per room, complimentary breakfast, 200 deluxe guest rooms with fitness center, beauty salon/massage palor and more" directions to the hotel is printed on the back of the brochure as well. I cannot even find a hotel with that name in the orlando area. The welcome letter i have was signed by a freddy banos.
