Ripoff fraud put a $7 monthy charge on my credit card Internet internet

I was looking at my statement and there is a 7.00 charge going back as far as I can see from them. I did not even know the company existed until I looked it up on the net to find out where the charges where coming from. They are getting beware they are getting smarter ripping people off because the last charge from on my billing just said visa check card db-point of sale making it harder to find out who they are. I really need to know how to fix this problem. And how to wage a complaint to do something about it.
