I purchased $405 worth of seat upgrades, but the flight was cancelled. Continential has neglected to credit by credit card for these charges for over 23 days now when seat upgrade refunds are automatically processed in 7 days. Three emails, two letters, and now 3 phone calls all to no avail. And hold times are rediculous. Continential is certainly full of buffoons and incompetent accounting records. I will get my money but everyone should know that they are a miserable customer service company to deal with. One that I will avoid for all my future travel plans... No wonder they are being goobled up by United.
