This company took over Southern Journeys (Plan with tan) and for some reason did not share the new password or current website for future vacation planning. I have had to make (and am still making) confusing phone calls involving individuals who seem to know nothing about our account. It would be nice to be able to look over the vacation rentals that we have already paid for, in full, to properly utilize the two vacations promised per year.
This has been a very frustrating experience not to mention having to deal with rather rude personnel.
