We arranged a space in the Fairfield Inn and Fits situated in Middletown, Ohio. After producing the push we examined into our space around 6:30 PM on Sunday, December 11. The appearance encounter was ideal and also the associate examining people in did an incredible work. She wasn't ready to recognize our request a higher ground regardless of the resort being almost vacant for that night but at this time which was no problem.

We joined a little vacation celebration that night and delivered to the space around 11:30 PM and were during sex before night to obtain a nighttime rest likely to abandon around 8 AM.

At about 12:30 we were wake by what seemed just like a baseball game being performed within the space immediately above us. There have been plenty of noisy sounds and a clear party-going on. I named the top table and was informed from the evening worker that she'd plenty of grievances which there is a baseball staff on the ground above us.

The party upstairs survived well past 5:30 AM that day and also the sound just extended to obtain worse. The worker was not able to do something including having the ability to transfer us to some space on an upper-floor or from the sound. The celebration upstairs was straight above our space.

Like A Platinum Elite Marriott Rewards member I requested numerous occasions to talk to the Supervisor On-Duty or even the General Director of the home without any success. The Overall Manager, Veronica Haheu declined to reply her telephone or return messages left by her team.

We eventually could fall asleep after 6:00 AM and got only a little relaxation before needing to access it the street. I again requested the desk worker upon check-out when the General Director was accessible and was informed that she'd numerous grievances from additional Resort visitors but that Mrs. Haheu wasn't reachable by telephone and hadn't delivered messages left on her.

Despite leaving messages for that General Manager to contact me I've yet to listen to something from anyone about that. I had been informed that after staying in a resort if you find a sports group this is what goes on and there's nothing the resort may do.

I'm extremely disappointed using the complete insufficient support that I obtained from both Mrs. Haheu whilst the General Director of the home in addition to from Marriott.
