LEO CASIAS accepted $500 as a down payment for a travel tour. When the tour didn't happen, he REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. Seven months have gone by and all I have is promises and excuses.
After I found out about the Casias brothers' EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL HISTORY, I was anxious to get my money back. I got $100 from them, and a signed promise to pay the rest within a few days. They refuse to repay the money I am owed.
