My husband and I were taken in by this company last November with hopes of using them for future vacations. We have yet to be successful in making reservations anywhere without additional fees and now we have been told that if we do not use a week by a certain date we will have to pay a reactivation fee to be able to use it in the future. Also, the places they offer are not very suitable especially for all the monies and fees they require upfront. I feel this company is nothing but a scam to get money out of innocent hard working people.
