Bought a solution on line for Megabus from State College PA to Nyc. Declined to permit 15-year old to panel alone since age-limit is 17. Okay. Requested for reimbursement. Declined. Stated boarding plan reported in conditions and terms, site 8, demands age 17 to visit alone. Neither age or reimbursement plan is fairly distinguished on site.
