I use mega bus for a few weeks now on and off everything went smooth till i had a problem with a reservation guess what???! You get the cheap ticket they offer you around $20 one way from MD to NYC, but if you make a mistake on the date or the time you in a big trouble now my friend because there is NO MONEY BACK! No matter what you do, want an exchange?
