The company solicited the sale of a timeshare from Raintree Vacation Club.
Reported a mexican buyer (Mario Alberto Salazar Mendez Avda. La Audiencia.

Manzanillo, Colima)

Then required the payment of Mexican sales tax - refundable from the buyer.

I became suspicious after paying the intitial amount and asked for clarification. Never heard from them again
