I am reporting this company. They charged my credit card $1.00 the first month, so I did not catch it until I looked back. Then the next month for 5 months they charged my card 14.95 monthly.
I do not know who they are or what they are. I called them from the number listed on my statement every month several times. I either was cut off or put on hold until I was cut off.
I them came on to this website and tried to get on their website listed on some of these reports but could not find their website (though they said they had one on the recording while I was on hold)
Finally today I got a hold of Conner #16597 and he said I signed up for a free K-mart gift card and 30 day free program. I admit this sound like something I would do since I shop at K-mart but I never received ANYTHING in the mail including the gift card. He tried very hard to keep me subscribing and I tried very hard to get refunded but in the end, I only got the account canceled. (At least I hope).
I would love to get my money back for something I never got and am so fed up with them. Be persistant in calling them. They are hard to get a hold of.
I hope someone puts them out of business.
