We closed an arrangement with HSI last 10/30 with this Amex card thinking it had been Mayan Riviera. It was ruthless marketing and extended hours experience. Whenever we returned to the resort we begin looking the Web and discovered plenty of criticism from this organization. Two nights after we closed the contract I approached Emilio Criado who stated he's the best hand-man of the dog owner like he launched herself but never delivered our phone. We instantly named Amex to put on cost while examining our complaint. It required a few months and lastly Amex published us a notice declaring that HSI may stop however they won't return our money. Being a great and faithful client of American Show we anticipate that they can assist us within this scenario whenever we immedietly documented it 2 nights after we closed that people got cheated however they didn't.
