Looking for advice for my newly widowed mother. Shed beentrying to add my brother and I to the deed for her and my fathers timesharewhen he became ill. Once his battle was over she once again tried to haveFairfield/Wyndom follow up on her request made the year prior. She was toldthat she need to come in and file some papers and it would be taken care of. They conned her into buying more points with the money shed received from the lifeinsurance and STILL neglected to update the deed. It is a year later and theyare now telling here that there is a problem with the deed so theyve frozenher account until she signs it as is (her name only) then she can write aletter stating she who she wants to have added. It is stressing her out, takingher money, and leaving her feeling shamed and foolish. This has been going onfor 3 years now. Who would she need to speak to in order to have this resolvedWITHOUT taking more money from her?
