I purchsed my timehsare in 1990 at Flamingo in Saint Maarten. I taken care of the timeshare as decided and today that Stone interantional has had within the complex. They have foreclosed on my device becasue used to do not spend the preservation costs in 2010. They stated they delivered me a professional letter but used to do not obtain or indication to get a certified notice.in August they foreclosed on my device. Calls for them have already been overlooked and that I have now been voiced to rudely by their employees. I've had my lawyer contact them to no avail. We've equally been provided the runaround.in my opinion it was a LAND-GRAB. Is there other people that's within this same scenario? I'd like document case or class-action against Stone hotels Worldwide.
