Our holiday planning began with Online Holiday Ctr. On July 15. I had been thinking about a-7 evening sail abroad the Nirwegian Nature having a two-night pre-sail remain in the Astor Crowne in New Orleans. Following a guarantee from former worker Orlando Cardona that people could be staying in the Astor Crowne, I discover Orlando continues to be dismissed and Alberto Estevez has become hanhdling my vacation ideas. Alberto shows me there's no means you are able to assure the Astore Crowne. Atr this time I delivered a contact declaring it had been my desire to stop the journey entirely. I have email paperwork demonstrating my motives. The nex point I understand there's a $975.00 chg on my charge card adopted a couple of days afterwards by another chg of $440. I've been not able to contact Steve GARY at ext 6452 or his helper Marzio at ext 6460. Neither have delivered my calls or emails.
