Do not use Bear Mountain Cabins. The people werefine until you had a problem. Could not get a manager on the phone... Waited and waited and waited.in person it was even worse. Ms. Dawnwas in a meeting and would not come down. Our cabin was remote, and had an unshoveled loooongdriveway. We had a 3 year old and my daughter was pregnant. All they had left was a condo, we could not even find. Ms. Dawn was not very nice then. We finally wound up staying in a motel. If you want good service do not use this company. We went to Cxxx Cabins, and it was great. The trip was salvaged only because the latter was so accommodating.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
