Charge for refund

I purchased a solution online from Orbitz.com making from Jakarta (Belgium) with ultimate location Toronto (Canada). Because there have been no immediate trip between Australia - Europe then I decided on a trip strategy that had me to transportation twice in China. Below will be the schedule:

Lay, December 4

Atmosphere China 978

Abandon 1:10 AM Jakarta (Belgium)

Appear 7:25 AM Xiamen (China)

Atmosphere China 1810

Abandon 11:55 AM Xiamen (China)

Appear 02:35 PM Beijing (China)

Air Canada 32

Appear 06:35 PM Toronto (Canada)

Right before night I visited the airport to check on in however they requested for my chinese visa. Used to donot conscious that I required a credit to transportation in China. Ended up Xiamen is just a domestic airport therefore it was not a connecting trip but was a stopover. Sadly credit on appearance wasn't feasible possibly at that period, Oxygen China has established that.

The only real choice was to re route my trip straight to Beijing but because my solution was under Oxygen Canada therefore Atmosphere China could not do something about this. I returned home, confused by what must I do next and whether my solution continues to be appropriate or not. They charged me $200 to return my solution, I criticism that it had beennot my problem plus they must have returned all my income.

The lady I was speaking with about the telephone stated there isnot every other choices because she was just following a process. And so I was compelled to obtain the reimbursement with $200 cost along with a long-distance demand 20 minute for that error they did. If perhaps they simply place the transportation standing like a "stopover" I'dnot guide the solution in the first-place as well as basically did I'd have requested a chinese visa.
