Yesterday in a flight to Tampa from new York flight 21 they posted the departure a. 7:20pm they were waiting for a crew coming from Orlando to flight the plane, finally they arrive at 9pm to depart at 9:30pm I saw the crew tired coming in with food in their hands they look that they are overwork why we the consumers suffer this risk instead o hiring more pilots for our safety because of this my mother a 80 years old has to pay more for her ride at Tampa after midnight and has to pay 2 more hours of parking here at airport, she was seating in 14c it should some kind of protection for the consumer.
