Never rent a condo unit from Resort Quest, Longboat Key, Fl. They would lease you a pig sty and tell you on the internet or phone that it is a palace. Unit 62 Turtle Crawl Inn, Longboat Key, Fl. Was rented by us for an anniversary getaway. We were assured that it was an updated desirable unit. It is actually a hole. Furniture worn and falling apart, mildew in the bathroom, filthy kitchen and dining room, tile floor broken, bathroom tile cracked and/or missing, non functioning stove, broken blinds, rusted light fixtures. Yuch! Individuals at Resort Quest would not lease this unit themselves but they'll lease to you to score a commission. When we complained they played dumb. They were totally unaware of the deplorable condition and at the same time I overheard the receptionist conning another unsuspecting guest into renting the same unit! They did not offer an apology nevertheless any compensation or alternative. These people are unscrupulous. Be forewarned.
