Saturday 01-23 i was contacted by Brian O'reilly with Innovative Vacation Solutions in Delray, fl. Regarding saleing my timeshare. After questions answered I was referred to Mike Phillips with same company. He reassured me of the process taking 2-3 months to complete title search, & the company waiting to purchase my 710.000points would wait for those points. Since I had registered with another company & it had not sold my timeshare IVS would reimburse me. So my total check would be $123,219.00. Also talked with Angela -the quality assurance person. Fed-ex was the carrier. On friday april 9 around 11am I called Mike Phillips at 203-930-6867 could only leave message which I did. Also called 877-270-8044 & left message. June14 I went on internet. No such web site.indirectly referrd to Ripoff reports. Phoned Mike Phillips left message this time requesting return of my fee since they had not negotiated sale of my timeshare, & that I was reporting the company to Ripoff report. Then I called the 877-270-8044 message stated #was non terminating number. Phone People confirmed that non terminating# meant not currently working number.
