Here's my story and it's consistent with others that I have heard. My longstanding reservations to Denver in April were changed when a Frontier representative called me. "Julie" indicated that my travel times had been changed (same day but different times). She then proceeded to tell me that if I changed the flight at all, there would be a $100 "Change fee." I then asked Julie if she was going to be paying me $100 for their change as this is an inconvenience to me after making my plans. Her response was, "Ha, wouldn't that be nice. You can cancel everything if you want for a refund." Naturally, I still need to get to Denver and to get a ticket from another airline at this late point would be even more expensive. I will never fly Frontier again and I recommend that others go to the competition. They have a double standard—one for them and one for me. They are unreliable and inconsistent and a "Bottom Feeder Airline" in my opinion.
