Me and my husband decided to play things smart this Christmas and drive up to Chattanooga Tn for a few days. We found what we thought was a beautiful hotel online called the Chattanoogan. It was very close to the TN Aquarium and had many amenities. When we arrived we were in aw, the lobby was beautiful! We walked the hotel and ate in the restaurant they had. The food was superb! The problem did not really arise until it was time for bed. The mattress was so old and worn it felt as though it was a piece of plywood over bricks covered in cloth. I called the front desk and she had us try a few other rooms but they were all the same. After one night I could barely walk the next day and had to check out. They had given us a mattress topper that did nothing and was very worn. When we told the front desk why we were leaving the woman advised us they have had several complaints about the beds. Knowing they have a problem and still not correcting it. I guess they do not like people to stay overnight!
