Mexico Paradise Getaways is a scam and we indeed need to file a class action against them. We can either get an attorney (Which most don't effectively do their job) or we can do it ourselves.
I will be willing to do it for us. Although I an not a lawyer, I am very good at federal law and would be willing to show anyone my work. I recently setteled a 4 year suit against another ripoff company, Chase Manhattan Mortgage and came out pretty well.
