We signed up with this company in June 24 with out any success of them selling our resort and then we find out they filed bankrupsey. We were notified from the Portland OR Dept of Justice Complaint Div and filled out forms to receive our funds back. We kept calling and the same info we got was that we would be notified when it would be taken care of. Well I called 2-24 and they closed the case in the year of 2004. They can not do any thing for us and they said to contact you. We lost $395.00 with them. I would hope we could get our money back but I guess we will see. Thanks for your help.
