I bought this certification through the ebay vendor in Oct. 2009. I sent bills in Dec. 2009. I've not gotten any gift-cards out of this organization but my certification with gasoline bills. It had been submitted back again to me simply because they shifted and left no handle.
I called this telephone number on the site 312-823-7665 also it visited the voice-mail to get a man called Gene Vinnykov. He explained in a note he was in a holiday by Dec. 2009 (February. 2010 at this time) and he'd not have the ability to do any payoff. I believe he's getting holiday using the cash from individuals who he cheated down. I've previously delivered an ebay concept to some vendor who offered this certification in my experience which vendor isn't listing this certification today. I noticed one individual who said on tackle change last month. I've not observed till i obtained my cover back. I paid $16.00- for this vendor along with a look for $9.95- to Claimyourvisacard.com.
