I had the best experience ever with them. I am surprised to see negative comments about Globester. I go to Africa every year to do volunteering work. I used Globester first time in 2008. Globester required me to send a authorization form to confirm my identity as I was using a Canadian Credit Card. Since I had not heard of Globester before, I canceled my booking with them as I was hesitant to send the information. But even when they did not get my business they were just great. They canceled my ticket without any charge and suggested that I try them next time I travel.
Since they were very professional in my interaction last time, I called them again this year and requested them to do a booking on the phone as I just did not want any thing to go wrong.
They were again very professional. They made the booking as requested. They also provided me with exact penalties as I needed that information to purchase my own travel insurance in Canada. I traveled to Cape Town earlier this year without any hitch.
I found the site easy to use, found the best price and company very willing to help its customers and same professionalism I got last year during the whole process.
I will recommend them to any one looking for great prices on airline tickets.
